A sheltered narrow inlet popular for both diving and snorkelling. This is a great training site. There are vertical bedrock walls on either side as you enter the cove, which are covered in dense kelp and which have some nice overhangs and swim throughs. The seabed between both walls is sandy, with areas of boulders found at the base of the walls.
Dense kelp covers much of the bedrock at this site, often with large shoals of fish. The boulders are coated in encrusting and tufted red algae. Look out forsquat lobsters in the nooks and crannies amongst the boulders and overhanging rock.

Entrance/Exit: there is a ladder on the left hand side of the basin which is much easier than trying to navigate the steps and rocks. Tide depending, it allows for either a giant stride entry or climbing down the ladder and putting fins on in the water.
